There was a factory related issue with my dump trailer that made it inoperable. I desperately needed it for firewood deliveries. Phil from I 90 not only fixed the trailer in one day, he made sure I was completely satisfied as a customer and covered my four extra trips to the dealership because of the issue. I live over an hour away from I90 but I highly recommend them for trailers and service. I will be a repeat customer for sure! Well worth the drive.

Aaron was fantastic to deal with. He found the trailer I wanted just by me giving him a few ideas. I also had a trailer light issue that I stopped in to see if they could check out for me. I did not have an appointment, but they treated me as if I did and went out to check out my problem, finding out I caused the problem with a screw. They fixed it and said not to worry about it. I will definitely buy my next trailer from them again.

I wanted to say that I received exceptional customer service today. Hurricane Milton caused damage to My home in Florida and we needed to load up and head to Florida Monday. I wanted to get the Lightning Trailer I purchased from I90 looked at before leaving. On very short notice they got my trailer looked and gave me piece of mind for my 1500 Mile ride to Florida. No hassle environment. Sales people are very informative. I purchased an aluminum trailer from them. They did a pre-inspection of the trailer before it left the parking lot. The salesman checked the torque of the tires, greased the hubs, made sure all the lights worked. Top notch service. Totally recommend 5+ stars.

I was looking to buy a trailer for a mini skid steer, I had reached out via email to Jordan from sales 2 weeks prior to set up a day to discuss options. With my crazy work schedule I wasn't able to get there until 30 mins before they were due to close on a Saturday. Upon walking in I was expecting to be told they were closing soon but to my surprise I was greeted and asked how they could help me today. Told them I was looking to speak with Jordan who promptly made time to sit me down and go over all the options they had for what I was looking for. After a short discussion we went out to look at the trailers, picked one out and they brought in in the shop right away while we did the paperwork. It was awesome service, quick in and out, no pressure, no nonsense and best of all no guilty feeling for being there so close to closing. Jordan went above and beyond helping guide and hook up to my new trailer. 10/10 would highly recommend and do business with again. You guys rock, thanks for a great experience!

Honestly this was my first trailer bought new from a dear and I couldnt have been happier. My salesman Jordan was great, I reached out to over the internet and he replied right away. I showed up the next day and walked out with my trailer. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. The place was clean and other staff members were very friendly. This is not the first trailer I have purchased. I think this is the seventh. I dealt with Phil Muth the sales manager. In all my different purchases of trailers this is the first person who consulted on the purchase and then when pick up time came spent the time to go over the trailer hook up. You would think he know I had other trailers and would have done the paper work and said good luck. NO, he made sure the balance of the trailer was right, checked the lights and then went over the greasing of the bearings and more importantly the breaking in of the brakes !! it didn't go off with no hit, the e-track got installed at 36" and we had wanted it at 48". There was no pressure for me to accept it, they added the e-track at 48 " with no cost to me. We are in the construction business and try to make good for our customers, I can't say enough for this MAN, PHIL and the company he works for.

I felt welcomed when I walked in. I worked with Jordan and he was helpful with any questions I had while purchasing it and after I left.

I purchased a Big Tex Trailer and the salesman had a mechanic come out and explain everything about the trailer that I would need to know with several tips for maintenance and general operation. I was very impressed with the service. Years ago they rewired my older trailer, installed new brakes and new tires quickly and at a very fair price! That is the reason I purchased the new trailer at i90 Enterprises!!

These guys were amazing! Cooper was able to get our 30' trailer safely off the road at night, and fixed our wheel, replaced our bearings and caught multiple other issues with our trailer that could have caused huge problems down the road.
